Here are some of our recent HUD and 203K projects

One of our more recent ventures is getting involved wit both 203K and HUD rehabilitation projects. We have become very accustomed to the process which at times can be very intimidating for customers because of the amount of paperwork that is involved and the many requirements of HUD.  We are very fortunate that our company meets all of the necessary requirements including our lead and mold certificates, insurance requirements, state licensing, experience and patience in dealing with both the lenders and HUD inspectors.  Many contractors avoid HUD and 203K renovation projects because of its many challenges, however, we welcome those challenged with expertise.  We look forward to seeing our customers excitement when moving into their newly renovated homes renovated by us!
